The Procedure:

A patients blood is drawn and placed in a special double-centrifuge machine to spin the blood down and separate out the platelet rich plasma where the grow factors are. After a topical numbing agent is applied, this grow factor rich blood is then injected via cannula or a needle into the patients face, neck, decollate, or hands where these growth factors upon injection activate stem cells which stimulate collagen production in the skin and improves blood flow to the skin.

Does it hurt?
We use anesthetic but some mild pain may occur during treatment.

Does it work?
Yes! The healthier your platelets are, the faster/better results are seen. Depending on the treatment, results can be seen in 2-3 days but since the body is repairing itself, full results can take 2-4 months.

What can I do to get the best results?
Stop smoking, do not take medications like fish oil or NSAIDS for a week prior to treatment as this can interfere with platelet function.
